If you have changed your address, it is your responsibility to inform us immediately and provide updated proof of address.

 

All proof of address documents must

Be no older than 3 months

Accepted Proof of Address Documents

Please provide one of the following

Utility bill (electricity, gas, or water)

Bank statement

Council tax letter

Official government letter

Tenancy agreement (if applicable)

 

Failure to provide updated documents may result in delays in processing your support.
